GIRLS ENTERTAINED A very enjoyable afternoon was ■ spent at Beechhill, Otumoetai, recent- . ly, when Mrs Roy Evans entertained members of the Anglican Bible Class, of which she was formerly a member,’ Games were played, a “Treasure ’ Hunt” being won by Audrey Bowles, ; and another competition by Rutli Wilkinson. A dainty bouquet was presented to Mrs Evans by Joy Kennedy. Afternoon tea was served, and at the conclusion Mrs Whitlock, the Bible Class leader, thanked the hostess for the very happy party. Among those present were Misses Joy Kennedy, Joyce Craig, June Thornton, Jean Barrowman, A. Stratford, Audrey Bowles, Noeline Carleton, Nola Mander, B. Walker, Margaret Wenzlick, Shirley Wenzllch, Tui Flower, P. Wright, Ruth Wilkinson, Dulcie Mander and Mrs Whitlock!
