TJURSUANT to an order made by a A Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 11th day of August 1939 NOTICE IS HEREBY LIVEN that all creditoi’S and other persons having claims against the estate of Thomas Noton Fletcher of Tauranga retired farmer deceased who died at Tauranga on or about the 23rd, day of October 1938 and Letters of Administi-atiou of whose will were granted on the 9th day of May 1939 to Robert King of Auckland Company Manager are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to the administrator at his office Care of The Trust Managei', New Zealand Insurance Company Limited, Queen Street, Auckland on or before the 15th day of September 1939. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN by the Administrator that, after the said 15th day of September 1939 he proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the executor then has notice; and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of the Trustee Act 1908 the Administrator having given the notices directed by the aforesaid order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claims he had no notice at the time of distribution of the assets.
