It is announced that Leonary Marlet has filed a 300,0p0-dollar suit against his lather, Sir Herbert Marler, Canadian Minister to the United States, and Dr. George Stevenson, superintendent" of Ontario Hospital, He alleges that by wilful collusion they illegally confined him in a mental hospital for seven months, thereby preventing his marria'ge lb an American girl to whom his father was opposed.
