HIGH SCHOOL

NEW CLASSROOMS OFFICIAL OPENING BY MINISTER OP EDUCATION At a meeting held at the Tauranga school on Tuesday last, which was attended by members of the School Committee, and the Headmaster and teaching staff, it was decided that the Chairman of the Tauranga District High School Committee, Mr W. J. Stevens, be authorised to telegraph the Minister of Education, the Hon P. Fraser, requesting him to perform the ceremony of opening the new class rooms.

Mr Stevens accordingly forwarded the telegram to the Hon P. Fraser, who replied yesterday that he would be very pleased to officially open the new class-rooms on Monday, November 14.

The. ceremony will take place on the date named at 2 p.m.
