FISHERMEN ON ICE-FLOES Moscow, Feb. 28. A storm on the north coast of the Caspian Sea carried away 437 fishermen on ice-floes. Three aeroplanes and four icebreakers took off 168. The remainder are drifting to sea. Aeroplanes are dropping food and clothing.
