REPEAL RECALL LEGISLATION Edmdhton, Oct. 1. The Alberta Cabinet indicates that the recall legislation passed in 19 34, under which opponents of social credit seek to unseat the Premier, Mr William Aberhart, will be repealed before their petition reaches the Courts.
