Mr C. H. Burnett, M.P., returned from Te Aroha yesterday.

Mr E. Vercoe, of Hamilton, is a guest at Hotel the Mount.

Mr Green, Auckland Manager of the motor department of Messrs Wright Stephenson and Co., and Mr P. Green, a member of the staff, are visiting this town and are staying at the Tauranga Hotel.

Among the recent passes for endorsed A pilot passenger licenses was Mr P. J. Dee, son of Mr P. Dee, of Okoroire. Mr Doe, who is only nineteen years of age, is the youngest pilot at Rukuhia aerodrome to qualify.

Guests at the Star Hotel include Mr and Mrs. Allen, Mrs Shelton, Mrs Allen, Messrs Wilson, Hendricksen, Wydoon. Martin, D. Wilson, Ballauce, Douglas and Collins.
