SOCIAL AND SALE

PRKSBYTKKIAN CHURCH The Women’s Guild of the P.resbyterian Church held a pleasant and well-attended Social and Sale yesterday. Stalls were served by Mesdames Bell, Collier, Dagley, Glacken, Grainger, Henderson, Hie key Jensen, Searie and Washer; Misses Bell and R. Gillanders. Tea was dispensed hy Mesdames Robinson and Bamberry, Misses Bamberry. Carswell, Graham, O’Hara and Taylor. A programme arranged by Mrs Sadd was provided hy Mrs R. McKenzie and Mrs James, Miss Harrison, Miss Shirley Kerridge and Master Stanly James. Their items were very much appreciated. The floral decorations were arranged by Mrs Dagley. The weather 'proved fav’ourable, and the financial result satisfactory to the Secretary-Treasurei, Mrs G. McLeod.
