DEVELOPMENT SCHEMES Mr C. H. Burnett, M.P., who is at present in Wellington, telegraphs from there as follows; “Native development Matapihi, Maungatapu, Mt. Maunganui and areas eastward to Papamoa. As a result of representations made by myself the Rotorua departmental officers have convened a meeting to he held at Papamoa on Monday next of owners and interests concerned to discuss a comprehensive development scheme in these areas.
