WILLIAMS STREET

PROPOSED EXTENSION A letter was read at the meeting of the Borough Council last night from Mr Thos. Milne in reference to the proposed extension of Williams Street through to Cameron Road. He said he wanted to make minor repairs to his house and also do painting, and would be pleased if the Council would indicate when the matter would be dealt with, so that in the event of the road going through he would not be put to any unnecessary expense. The Town Planning Committee recommended that Mr Milne be advised that it was not prepared to make any recommendation. The recommendation of the Committee was adopted.
