WORLD ORGANISATION London, July 13. In order to establish a united world-wide traoe union movement, the International Federated Trades Union will negotiate with national centres in America, Australia, New Zealand, the Far East, the Soviet and other non-affiliated centres. Sir Walter Citrine, general secretary, asked the British Trades Union Congress, which passed the resolution, to avoid acts tending to compromise necessary discussions. Congress confirmed its unrelenting opposition to war as an instrument of policy, and declared that Fascism constituted a constant menace to peace.
