REGATTA CLUB

COMMITTEE MEETING, One of the best attended and most enthusiastic Regatta Club’s committee meetings was held last night. Arrangements were put in hand for what promises to be the best regatta we have yet had. The Regatta will be held as previously on Boxing Day.

The resignation of the President, Mr Gordon Butler, was received and accepted. Mr Butler is leaving Tauranga and the many sporting bodies with which he has been connected will miss him exceedingly. Mr H. E. Oldlng was elected as the new President of the Club.
