Nineteen Chinese Arrested smoking of opium. Auckland, Sept. 3 Gaining entrance to premises at the corner o£ Grey’s Avenue and Yelverton Terrace without difficulty two city detectives yesterday afternoon carried out one of the swiftest and most orderly raids in police history. Nineteen Chinese were arrested on charges of being connected with the smoking of opium.
