The Tauranga Referees’ Association has received the following question and answer from the New Zealand Rugby Referees' Association: Thames Valley.—Question; A forward who was standing in his own line-out when the ball was thrown in reaches for the hall with one hand at the same lime moving through a gap in his opponents’ line-out. When he takes the ball, which was slightly behind him, his feet were in his opponents’ line-out. He drags the ball to him and continues his run. Is he off-side?—Answer: Yes..
