Loudon, Dec. 31. There is a good demand for butter in London. Prices are:—New Zealand. choicest salted, 116/ to 118/: Australian, 114/ to 115/. The unwilled varieties are quoted at the same figures. Danish butter is fetching 140/. The cheese market is steady. Quotations are:—- New Zealand, white, 61/ to 62/: coloured, 59/ to 60/: Australian, white, 59/ to 60/; coloured, 58/.
