PUBLIC WORKS MINISTER.

TO VISIT T.URWGA. When in Rotorua on Saturday last, Mr W. F. Sinclair, Chairman of the Tauranga County Council, approaehled the Hon. Mr Ransom, the Minister of Public Works, as to when he could visit Tauranga, pointing out that there were many matters in the district requiring his attention. Mr Ransom promised that he would visit the district towards the end of the month or early next month, by {which time he hoped. Mr Macmillan, Member for the district, would have fully recovered from his recent accident, which he much regretted.
