PLANS FOR THE FUTURE
London, Ang. T. Squadron-Leader Kingsford Smith announces that the monoplane Southern Cross is to be sent back to Australia. Possibly ho and his companions will fly across the Atlantic. , If so they will attempt a southern crossing via Africa, then across America to San Francisco where the monoplane will be shipped to Australia. The airman says he and his comrades will not fly across the Pacific again. Tf the building _of new aeroplanes for Australia takes longer than is anticipated they will flv home the wav thev came, yia Italy, Persia and Malaya.
