DOUBLE DROWNING

DOCTOR AND WIFE. A retired doctor, John Bullar, 74, of Guernsey, engaged in botanical research, was returning in a seaplane from Tunis, North Africa, accompanied by his wife (aged 69) when the pilot misjudged the landing in a heavy mist (says a message from Antibes, Prance). The ’plane caught a large wave and overturned. Dr. and Mrs Bullar were injured and drowned. The pilot and wireless operator were sightly injured.
