FLOODS IN QUEENSLAND. Sydney, March 5 Two more cases of drowning in the floods are reported. The body of Walter King, aged 35, who was drowned in a flooded creek near Lismore, has been recovered. John Draper, an immigrant, aged 17, was swept from his horse when attempting to cross the Barwon River, in Queensland. His body was found jammed under logs, which had to be blown apart with dynamite before the body could be brought to the surface.
