TOWN HALL. This evening the Metro-Gold-wyn-Mayer picture “Riders of the Dark,” starring Tim McCoy, will he the featured attraction. McCoy has been on the screen some eighteen months, but in that time lie has earned the reputation of being, the finest of outdoor stars, He is handsome, », daring horseman, a deadly shot, of exceptionally fine physique, and has proved himself to be an actor of no mean accomplishment. “Riders of the Dark” is a thrilling and fastmoving tale of asmall frontier town in the days when gangs of bandits terrorised the population for miles around. Drama arises from the death of the owner and editor of the Hangtown “Bugle,” whose straight talk about the gang arouses their wrath and through his pretty daughter, Molly, for whose love the gang leader and Lieut. Crane, a courageous cavalryman, fighting a desperate battle, the odds being greatly against the gallant Crane.
