ROUGH TRIP
MAKURA SPRINGS A LEAK. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, June 21 The Makura’s leak gave some trouble; the pumps repeatedly choking will pieces of insulation material. It is expected that the hold will be clearer! this morning, and repairs effected it; lime to allow the vessel to leave for San Francisco to-morrow. The ship met a southerly on Saturday' v nTghl am had a very rough voyage from then on.
