Australian.—Salted, 160/ to 164/ (162/ to 164/); unsalted, 166/ to 170/ (168/ to 172/); other qualities, 148/ to 164/. Danish.—l 62/ to 164/ (166/ (o 168/) Irish.—Creamery 158/ to 160/ (160/): 'unsalted, 164/ to 166/ (164/). Argentine.—Unsalted, 164/ to 166/ (166/ to 168/}; other qualities, 150/ to 162. Siberian.—lso/ to 160/ (158/ to 160/). Cheese Market. The cheese market is firm OHicial quotations : English.—Finest farmers’, 98/ to 105/ per cwt. Canadian.—Finest, coloured, 100/ to 102/ (98/ to 100/); white, 98/ lo 102/ (98/ to 100/); other qualities 94/ to 96/. New Zealand.—Coloured, 86/ ‘ to 88/ (84/ to 86/); white. 84/ to 86/ up to 87/ (82/ to 81/); other qualities, 84/. Australian.—Coloured, 82/ to' 85/: white, 83/ to 84/ (according to quality and size).
