COMMONWEALTH AGREEMENT. Melbourne, Juno 20. At the Premiers’ Conference, Mr .1. 'l'. Lang, N.S.W., accepted the Commonwealth Rpad agreement, which provides for building roads with the aid of Fedora] grunts, involving an expenditure of £20,000,000 of tile Commonwealth funds.
