Official reports originating from Allied quarters from Nanking and Hamkow, assert that a division of the Fengtien troops mutinied and Tooted Hsuchow and retreated, whereupon the Allied forces occupied Hsuchow. According to "Wn Pei Fit's headquarters, Honan and Tupan provinces have joined the Allied forces. The. Honanites are marching upon Hsuchow and Fengyuhsiang lias declared war against Chang Tso Lin.
