THE LOCARNO PACT

Berlin, Oct 30 The Executive of the German National Party issued a manifesto regarding their attitude towards the Locarno treaties. It says the pact greatly disappointed the party because their principle regarding; war guilt, State army and article sixteen of the League Covenant were not upheld, and no reduction of the occupation periods in the Rhineland and Saar was stipulated.
