Captain Watson, master of the steamer Dilkera was charged with failing re render assistance to the crew and passengers of the Wvrallah which sank after a collision with his vessel. For the defence it was stated that tlie weather was bad and navigating the Dilkera required great attention. Auv other steps than those taken could net have amounted to assistance. Decision was reserved.
