Rec April 2J. 9-40 a in Riga, April 25 The Russian paper Jnvestia announces that five hundred delegates will attend a Church Convocation on the 29th inst- The proceedings will comprise a declaration of the attitude to wards the Bolshevik revolution and Bishop Tikhon- Ihe *' Invcstia’’ slates that the method of electing delegates assures that the majority shall he of the rank and file, but the Nijininovgorod local congress has been dissolved because it opposed the new church administration, which is sending out millionaires to establish anti-Tikhon parties and promote a change among the orthodox clergy-
