N.Z. SCHOLARSHIPS.
Recently the Minister for Education (Hon. C. J. Parr) was asked whqiher he could make better arrangements for the allocation of scholarships to country children who wore at a disadvantage as compared with city cbildreaH. He mentioned that 25 scholarships would now be definitely and specifically allotted to all schools of Giad'es 1.11, and HI.
