He advised that he is not prepared at present to appoint a valuer to fix a price, but if the Council will guarantee that the expenses of such valuer will be paid he is prepared then to lake the necessary action to have a valuation made Cr Scantlebury tvnved-That the Council guarantee the valuer’s fee—Seconded by Cr Walker and carried.
