FIVE MILLION LOAN
TO BE FLOATED IN LONDON (Per Press Association.) Wellington, April 20 Mr Massey stated yesterday that the Government is arranging to release a five million loan in London. The arrangements, while not yet complete, are very satisfactory, but Mr Massey could not say anything about the loan at the present stage, not even as to the rate of interest and price at which he hoped to float it.
