The manifesto of the Labour Party is proving a factor lor peace. 1 he final draft of the Free State constitution will be shown to Mr De Valera during the Confeience, which is due to the efforts of Archbishop Byrne, Mr Stephen O’Mara, of Limeripk, and the Lord Mayor of Dublin. ■Rec.
