Tokio, April 8. Rec. April 10, 11.55 a.m Siberian war Reports indicate a lull. The Reds are apparently reluctant to renew attacks. Japanese aviators bombed the Red camps. It is estimated that ‘20,000 Reds are in the field. The Japanese commander has been authorised by the War Office to use his own discretion in handling the situation.
