MANIFESTO BY UNIONIST LEADER.
tiy J’-veirrapli - Pres* r’oD.vr.'ti s o-tr>ilian a*m NZ. Cablo AgsoclatmtRec. April 27, morning. London, April 26. Sir James Craig, Ulster Unionist leader, in a manifesto, urges the vital necessity of electors recording their votes, especially as the election is on the proportional representation basis. He declares that a strong working majority is necessary to guard the six counties' rights and privileges against encroachment by the Southern Parliament. Failure to secure an effective majority will mean immediate submergence in the Dublin Parliament.
