Haywood- leader of the Industrial WorkeiT of the World, who failed to return to the Federal prison to complete his twenty years’ sentence, when the Supreme Court rejected his appeal. The Justice ..-Department has been informed tliat Haywood arrived in Riga, Russia, having left the United States while on 15.00 U dollars biil. Hiyvvood was convicted of violating the Espionage Act.
