CHARGES AGAINST CADETS

As the result of an official enquiry it has been decided to arraign eighteen cadets on /charges of arson and robbery in February last. . Armed men held uo a train tor two hours between Dublin and Ballisodare, Sligo- Constables Kelly and Wetherington were taken from the train and shot dead. The police and military have taken charge of the Hibernian Bank at Dundalk, m which alleged rate collectors cheques were deposited. The manager, who refused to disclose the customers’affairs to the police, was arrested.
