CLYNES TO LEAD LABOUR

Cablo Association Rec Feb 15, 7.45 p.m. < London, Feb. 15 Mr Clynes was elected leader of the Parliamentary Labour Party vice Mr Adamson, who has retired, owing to ill health. The party decided to co-operate with labour generally in connection with the shootings at Mallow. The debate disclosed the belief that the party was the only effective opposition in the present Parliament.
