POSITION IMPROVED IN AUCKLAND

(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, Feb 16 The watersidersiders refused to work overtime at Littleton yesterday on all but five boats. About eleven steamers were idle after 5 p.m Auckland, Feb 16 The conditions on the waterfront showed considerable improvement yesterday. A good number of men agreed to work overtime while others refused. It appears that the members of the Union are divided on this issue.
