June 28, 8.50 a.m Paris, June 26 There has jast ~ome to light a secret memorandum of a German official Commission regarding French war damages. Trie document asseses the total payable by Germany to France as 7,228, 000,000 gold ma.ks, less 215,000, 000 for German construction and public improvements. The memorandum reckons that the amount payable, apirtfrom the war zone, is 50,000,000 ma.-ks, and the damages to churches, cathedrals, and public buildings at 75,000,000 marks.
