PERSIAN PROBLEM
Reuters Telegrams Rec. June 17, 8.45 a.m Lcnclon, June 15 Prince Firouz of Persia, had a conference with the SecretaryGeneral and the French representatives of the League of Nations. It is understood that no solution was reached. Prince Firouz declines to agree to any compromise which is not satisfactory to- the Persian Government and considers it is for the League to show, even at the present early stage, its ability to deal with one of those very questions for which the League was created.
