Rec Oct 24, evening Sydney, (Jet 24 The re-drafted Children's Maintenance or Living Bill contains all the essentials of the earlier Bill, the chief alterations being p-ovisioning for enabling the Board of Trade to declare the minimum amount required to keep each additional child after one, also a reduction of payments for children by one twelfth for each five shillings by which the parents' wages exceed the new living wage. Rural industries are excluded from the Bill unless already covered by an industrial award.
