Hostilities ceased on all fronts at 11 this (Monday) morning The House of Commons will adjourn as soon as it meets and the members will proceed to service at St Margaret's Church -'Enormous excitement greeted the announcement in London. People fldfcked into the streets cheering, aingiog and flag-waving, Impromptu processions were formed. Business waa at a standstill, guns were firing, asrena blowing,, and belts ringing
