Ottawa, July 23 Yon Strench, a German agent in America aud reported to be the Kaiser's half brother, has been arrest(d. He is accused of plotting to invade Canada and Mexico with German reservists fronvthe United States for the purpose of interfering with American and Canadian troops crossing the Atlantic, Yon plans included the tending of reservists iuto Canada from Buffalo for the purpose of giving battle at Fort Erio or Bridgetown. A woman with whoa? Yon Stronch was associated revealed the plot.
