London, July 14

The Air Ministry reports : —On Thursday night we successfully bombed three aerodromes, causing two fires. We bombed railway sidings at Saarlouis, in Rhenish Prussia, on Friday. All our machines returned.

The Press Bureau reports : —An air force, co-operating with the Navy, dropped eight tons of bombs between Monday and Wednesday on enemy docks and works. They also dropped halt'-a-ton on Constantinople last Sunday, on the Kuleli Burgas. Ridge, across the Mautza River, and a station in Bulgaria, upon which a quarter of a ton of bombs were droppe'i recently was baulv damaged.

An aviation report by Sir Douglas Haig states : —Heavy rainstorms on Thursday limited activity in the air. Our aeroplanes dropped nine tons of bombs on railway junctions behind the German lines, destroyed three German aeroplanes, and drove down two out of control. Three British aeroplanes are missing. Night Hying was impossible.
