Separate Peace in Russia Less Possible than before Revolution

The Council of Soldiers and Workers' delegates declares its intention of retaining its position as a sort of Second House in the temporary Government. The proceedings of the confwrence suggest that separate peace.is infinitely less than before the revolution. Fire in Woolwich Arsenal, Australian and N.Z. Cable Asoc and Renter. Rec April 15, 5,5 p.m. Londun, April 14.
The Press Bureau states: A fire occurred yi Woolwich arsenal, but no loss of life resulted. The dunnage was Blight.
