It is anticipated that similar action will be taken with regard to shipments to arrive shortly Hemp.—The market, is firm, but u/ssettfed, pending nest arrivals from Manila. Prices continue to advance. Good fair New Zealand hemp, psr ton.£s4, fjiir £52; Governmeut graded fair Manila £58, coarse £55 10s; January-March shipment, good fair New Zealand £53, fair £51; Government graded fair Manila £57, coarse £55. The output of heirip from Manila for the v?eek ending last Saturday was 187,000 bales. Wheat —The market is firm, ..but unsettled. Quotations are nominal.
