Paris, Jan 21. Tlie representative of the Le Journal interviewed King Nicholas of Montenegro on the 6th inst. He said:—"l am unable to hold out. My men have not eaten food for five days and are outnumbered ten times. The Adriatic communications are insufficiently protected. The Austrians have sunk supply ships and bombarded my positions."
The Petit Journal's representative, in a despatch from Brindisi, says:—The Austrians' entry into Cettinge, Antivara and elsewhere was marked by pillaging and rapine, resulting in serious conflicts with civilians.
The Montenegrins arc now occupying the passes 1,500 metres high, commanding the roads to Scutari.

The Queen and Princess of Montenegro have arrived. They were met by Queen Helena. They are going to Lyons,whither the Cettinge diplomatic corps is travelling.
Petrograd, Jan 21. * The Russians have occupied Sultanabad, Persia. The German Consul and agents fled to Burujud.
