Mr B. NoQne^ Gold Medal. The Tauranga Gun Club held a Bhoot for a gold medal presented by Mr B. Noone, on their range, Sulphur Point, on Thursday afternoon thirteen members competing, which was won by Mr iA. E. Newshara, who shot ten out of j a possible twelve. The following are the scores: — birds A. E. Newsham 10 A. Findlay 8 J. Tanner 7 J. Jordan 7 W. Stewart 7 R. Cook G E. Chadban G M. Quirk 5 T. Quirk 4 W. Tanner 4 U. Quirk 3 — Bates 3 A sweepstake was also fired, the possible being G birds. Messrs Chadban and Findlay tied with the possible, E. Chadban winning the shoot off on the Bth bird.
