Two cases of dynamite cartridges from the Royal factory at Oplauden, Prussia, were diseoveied iv a German business house.
It is stated that it was intended to use the cartridges in a series of attempts on the lives of Roumanian statesmen favorable to the Entente Fc wers, and also to blow up railways and military depots iv the ev?nb of Roumanian mobilisation. Several anarchists were arrested.
