Mr Breen, Secretary of the Duaediu Political Representation Committee, telegraphedto the Premier yesterday, urging him to exercise the power conferred by Section 237 of the Legislative £ ct and declare Mr Munro's election for Duned/n Central valid.

Mr Massey replied that he had been advised that the matter did not coin 9 under that section ot the Act.
