Tho Sunday School • anniversary serves hold in the Methodist Church yeste day were vary successful. The singing of tin children under their conductor, Mr 0. Stewart, was tasteful and spirited and draw forth favourable comment from all hearers. At the morning aud afternoon-services Mrs F N. Christian led a number of the girls ia several pretfily roDderod^ scion hymns. Miss Stevonton presided at the organ for each service. To-night the annual toa and public mee'iu/will be held. At the public meeting, which commences at 7.30, the annuardistribution of prizes will take place. Anniversary hymns, action songs and hymn?, solos, recitations. and a dialogue will all contribute towards what promises to be n. very enjoyable gatoo-inz Tbrre will kino charge for admission but a cillee'ion on behalf of Sunday School funds will b? tiken.
